There are many reasons this could happen. you could have a vacuum leak, a clogged catalytic converter, transmission problems. Do yourself a favor and go see a respectable mechanic so that s/he can inspect it, before you go wasting your money on fixes you found on the internet.
check the jetting.
I would be looking for a vacuum leak.
If you have an automatic tranny, and the fluid is low, it may not gear down on the hills and may possibly stall. Check this out first.
It really sounds like you need a new fuel pump i just had the exact same problem when you change the fuel pump if that does not work which it more than likely will you can try to have the exhaust checked mainly the cataylitic converter

No expert but it sounds like it could be a fuel restriction while under power. Perhaps it's time for a new fuel filter.
check tps sensor and iac
Have you checked your exhaust system, your catalytic converter may be pluged.
Sounds stupid but check your alternator. When my Astro's alternator was failing every time I gave it gas, the vehicle would bog down. $100 later and everything was fine. maybe clogged cat . converter
Check the fuel pump and fuel filter.
Sounds like the engine is worn out; check the compression.
