Sounds like a fuel system problem. You may need to clean and/or rebuild the carburetor.
The location of the blue wire on a 50cc gas scooter can vary depending on the make and model of the scooter. Typically, wiring diagrams or service manuals specific to your scooter model will provide the best guidance. It's essential to ensure you identify the correct wire to avoid damaging the electrical system. If you're unsure, consider consulting a professional mechanic or the manufacturer's documentation for assistance.
No, I have done before it totaly doesn't ruin it it actually helps go ton faster!!!
I have a 49cc korean scooter. Under the bike in front of the muffler there are colored wires. My bike has an all BLUE wire -- It needs to be cut. Once cut my bike got an extra 10-15 mph (top speed now 45 vs. 30). I was in Martha's Vinyard and went to a scooter rental place that had my particular scooter. The expert there showed me how to do it. VERY EASY and EFFECTIVE. Once the blue wire is cut you need to add a little bit of 2-stroke oil to each tank of gas due to the higher rev speed.
it has a governor or rev limiter which is there so you don't blow the engine up and the minibike is probably topped out on top speed at 70 anyways
well if u get an entire bike with the larger motor and all the wiring intact as long as it fits in your motor compartment of you 50cc scooter it would be fairly easy. all you really have to do is modify the motor mounts, you could cut the ones off the donor bike weld them into you 50cc bike. i know someone who took a late 70's 100cc Indian enduro and put the motor, trans, turn signals, and lights on a 50cc mini chopper and is getting the frame stamped so it will be street legal. its pretty cool
the brake
Oh, dude, taking the governor off a 50cc gas scooter engine is like asking for trouble. It's like saying, "Hey, let's see how fast I can make this tiny thing go!" You'll probably void the warranty, mess up the engine, and end up zooming down the street at a whopping 25 mph. But hey, if you're feeling rebellious, just Google it and follow some sketchy YouTube tutorial.
Use a knife and cut it off
what wire do i cut on a cdi box on a schwinn scooter 49.5cc
Cut the blue wire that goes into the actual motor
Cut the wire or take it off.
The first cut of "Word" is "W," which is the name of a country (Wales). The last cut of "Word" is "D," which is the name of a car (Ford). Both the first and last cut give you "Or," which is a name of a scooter (Vespa).
