if your door wont close then i would look at the "eyes" but if it wont open or close check the wires take it wall unit off and make sure the wires are hooked up.

I just learned a costly lesson and that you need to check the power. Are your red beams lit up? Check your trip switch. That's a $60 lesson and I hope I can save someone else a service call perhaps.
