Cars no longer have side vent windows because it is cheaper to build a car that has only one rather than two windows.
They were also a security risk, being easy to break and cheap to replace, if the felon wanted to jack the whole car , to sell on.

I was looking at the 2004 Ford Freestar Owner Guide and it shows that the SINGLE switch for the power vent windows is located on the dash ( but not where on the dash , not much help ! ) The switch has " VENT " on it
There may be a fuse blown if the power vent windows don't work on a 1999 Dodge Caravan. If the problem isn't the fuse, the motor in the power windows may need to be replaced.
