It should have a 12volt cigarette lighter outlet.
The water outlet is the plastic housing on the top of the engine that the radiator hose attaches to.

For the 2.7L V6 engine code R it looks like a black plastic piece with three hoses going into it. It has a brass bleed valve on the very top and the coolant temp sensor mounted vertically just below it. It is mounted on top of the engine block on the passenger side. Search for 902-302 for an aftermarket solution.
