The tire pressure switch is located underneath the steering wheel, approximately by where your right knee would be while sitting in the driver seat. Although, there could be one on the steering wheel itself. The switch will have a picture of a tire on it, and has the word "Set" written on it.
It is in the dashboard cluster along with all the other warning lights.
An orange circle with an exclamation mark in it.

I found a reset button under the dash board. You may want to look there first.
I took my 2004 Suburban to a reputable tire store and they suggest 40lbs of pressure.
At the very bottom of the driver's side of the daashboard at about where the steering column goes down, there is a little push switch mounted. Depress it and hold for 5-10 seconds and it will re-set the tire pressure warning system.
The low tire pressure indication may be coming from the spare tire.Added: Don't know if this will help or not - on the Highlander the tire pressure re-set button is located on the very bottom edge of the dashboard just to the left of where the steering column is. Depress and hold for approx 5-10 seconds.
NO - there isn't a pressure sensor inside the spare
