On most vehicles it is inside the goose neck. An easy way to find it. Look at the top of your radiator, there will be a top radiator hose, this hose goes to the goose neck. You will need to remove the radiator hose, this usually has a clamp holding it tight. The goose neck usually has only 2 bolts. Remove them, wiggle the goose neck and under neath it, or inside it is your thermostat. ABOVE ALL MAKE SURE THE ENGINE IS COLD, IF NOT YOU COULD BURN YOURSELF OR MAYBE WORSE!

follow the upper radiator hose back to the engine, where the hose hooks up to the eng. that is the thermostst housing, remove the two bolts and take the housing off of the engine you will see the thermostst. install new stat. and gasket and replace the housing and bolts, top off the cooling system, start engine check for leaks and bleed air from system by loosening the brass nut on top of the housing until coolant comes out. DONE!!!!
It's located in the thermostst housing just below the thermostat which is tucked under the Throttlebody!
