Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
The PCM (or ECM) is located on the interior of the car on the passenger side. To access the PCM/ECM remove the kick panel just beneath the glove box and it is right there. Disconnect the three electrical harnesses and and sucuritity clip and it's out.

I have a 94 gmc seirra and the fan speed is controled by relays behind the glove compartment just pull the inside of the glove box it is mounted above the heater
in the fuel tank on top of the fuel pump. good luck.
