The oil filter on that vehicle is a cartridge type where only the element needs to be replaced. When you open the hood, look on the drivers side near the front of the engine. There should be a round black plastic housing attached to an aluminum casting with hoses on it. You can buy a socket that fits the plastic cap or you can drape a towel over the top of the cap and use a filter wrench to remove the cap. (The cap threads off). Be sure to replace all the o-rings on the cap when you replace the filter element.
