PACCAR products typically have the relays in the primary fuse panel, which tends to be located on the kick panel on the driver's side. Look behind the clutch pedal, and there should be a panel which you can remove to access it. Not sure if they changed anything for that model year, as all the 379s I've worked on were 1994 or older.
Starter relay is located under the bonnet in the main fuse box. It is purple in mine. There should be a pattern on top of the box to show you which relay it is.
