Yes, each of the front heated seats has it own fuse. Fuseblock is under the rear seat.

The relay for the heated seats are under the back seat in on of the fuse boxes...check the diagram inside the cover for the proper location.
On a 2002, it's in the fuse box located under the hood, on the left side of the car where the RED + jump start post is. The box is about 6" x 8".
