The coolant drain on a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am is located on the bottom of the radiator on the right side. It allows coolant to be quickly removed during maintenance and flushes.
No
Adding coolant to a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am is very easy to do. The coolant can be directly added to the radiator. Make sure the engine is not hot before adding the coolant.
No, you will not have to drain all the coolant to change the thermostat on a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan. Only the hose that is connected to the thermostat needs to be drained.
if you are talking about the coolant drain hose there isn't one on this model.

where is the coolant drain plug on the engine block of Honda ACCORD 2.4 2006
Thank you for the answer
they are at the bottom corner of the radiator.
there isn't a radiator drain plug. you have to remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator to do a drain and fill.
remove pass side inner fenderwell. On the radiator you will see a drain. Loosen that and coolant will pour out. reinstall drain plug and top off with coolant approximatly 4 gallons.
Remove the lower radiator hose.
Search for a drain petcock along the lower edge of the radiator tanks. Loosen the valve with a pliers, but DO NOT OVERTIGHETEN IT. Not all radiators have one. If you can't find one, then you will have to remove the lower radiator hose which will drain most of the coolant from the engine block too.
