I believe that you can pour it in the vent, then blow away the excess, or if you look at the base of the windshield, beneath the wipers there is a grate running the width of the car. I believe that the grate is the AC, Defrost intake. and if you have access to the inside of the car, put flower in the visors and close them with a handful inside. Taht's cool too.
