Lifting a topper of a truck is usually an easy job but it helps to have two people. First, remove the clamps or tiedowns on the inside of the bed of the truck. Next, lift the topper from the inside and shift it slightly to one side or the other and slightly to the rear. Finally, have two people grip the sides of the topper and walk it back off the truck.
