You will find it very difficult to obtain the locations where each trailer manufacturer places its "con serial numbers." I am in Trucking Safety and report stolen trailers to the authorities on a regular basis. When I locate a stolen trailer, I have to contact the buyer of equipment at our company to obtain where these concealed serial numbers are located on the individual styles of trailers that we have in our equipment inventory. As an individual, if you were to attempt to obtain this information directly from the trailer manufacturer, I can pretty much guarantee that you will not be provided with the information. I have tried, and even with my security clearances, I cannot obtain the information, unless I call the company equipment buyer. Crazy, but true!
The hidden areas for the VIN are on the drivers side door and also on the radiator on the left side in the front.
The vin number on this vehicle should not be hidden. The vin is located on a plate on the drivers side next to the windshield close to the bottom.
it looks like somewhere on the frame
under the car above the catalytic converter
Trailers do not have VIN numbers.
The Toyota Camry vin has 17 numbers and can be found in a few hidden locations. You can find the vin on a sticker or a metal tag of the dashboard, on a sticker inside the driverâ??s door jamb, on a sticker under the hood, and on the metal above the vehicleâ??s rear wheel of the driverâ??s side.
