The fusible links on a 1995 Explorer are located on the side of the alternator. Follow the red power wire from the battery to the fuse links.
All fuseable links are on the passenger side on the inner wheelwell.
I found three. One with the radio, one with the wipers, and one with the stop lamp relay.

The 1995 Ford Explorer ECU module can be found on the outside of the air filter housing. The ECU module will be on the back of the housing.

It is located on the passenger side rear quarter panel.
The oil pan is bolted to the bottom of the engine
When facing the engine it will be located on the right side under the motor.

I'M NOT A MECHANIC but check the front sway bar links to see if they are broken - years ago my 1995 Explorer was recalled for free replacement of defective sway bar links. Also, do you still have the original shock absorbers , or are they leaking or damaged ?
