The Spark plugs are underneath the plastic cover on top of the rocker cover. You will need to remove the curved intake pipe first to remove the cover. Then the plugs are under the coil packs. They are fairly deep inside the head so you will need about a six inch socket extension bar or two small ones, to reach them and a slim spark plug socket because there isn't much room. On the BA falcon 6 cylinder models the coil packs are under the plastic cover between the two camshaft mounds on the rocker cover. There are 6 coil packs, one for each cylinder and each is on top of each spark plug in a coil on plug arrangement. as for the V8's I am unsure.

make sure you didnt put one of plug wires on the wrong plug if you did it will crank and run but it will run ruff/miss
