Way too vague, At least need to know Make/Model/Year in order to have any chance of stabbing this thing in the dark over the internet..... but
Power Steering pump caused the squeal
And if its a Manual Look at the clutch master/slave, If those still work with no fluid leaks then A clutch, is likely failing
Automatic- anything with out Make/Model/Year is possible and Will cost 2x more then the auto to fix
Speed Sensors
not enough fluid
dirty fluid

Torque converter is dying
He would wildly accelerate his car when the traffic light turned green. Gravity causes falling objects to accelerate as they move toward the Earth. Living in a foreign country can accelerate the speed at which you learn the native language.
no would be awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
power steering fan belt. It happened to my neon whenever the air was on. Try driving without the air on, if it runs fine then it is the fan belt. Mine squeeled when i turned on the ac and when i turned...$10 for a new AC belt and $40 service fee to have it installed. My car no longer sqeeks, and the AC is WONDERFUL!
Turned, turned around, inverted, turned against.
If it makes a clicking, grinding, rattling, or other noise when you accelerate with the steering turned it is not safe.
West.
I have a 1990 3.1 and what it turned out to be was the head gasket was leaking now it runs fine

she doesnt die she gets turned into a vampire No, Bella doesn't die.
Had a Jeep in the shop here with that problem last week and it turned out to be low fuel pressure. Try running a fuel pressure test. The Jeep would idle ok but when you tried to accelerate the engine would stall.
