When you start a cobian backup it showing engine not found what is the actual error?

When running Cobian Backup it is common to get 'The engine is not found' then 'The engine has been found' afterwards. If, however, 'The engine is not found' is the only message that comes up and the background of the mushroom icon in the tray turns red then there may be an issue. A few things to try include checking whether the program has started as a service, which could indicate an error logging in. To resolve this it could be as simple as logging in again, although the password issue could relate to the service starting under an account with a blank or incorrect password. Rectifying this is simply a case of either logging into the PC with a valid account or going into the service and entering a valid account and password.
