Isuzu Motors LTD is owned by Mitsubishi Corporation, ITOCHU, and Toyota, all of Japan. General Motors disinvested the last of their interest in the company in 2006.
Saturn was manufactured by General Motors. General Motors stopped manufacturing Saturn's last year as a part of their economic plan to keep the company going. That's unfortunate too, because Saturn's were perhaps the best small American car on the market.
Oldsmobile was discontinued by General Motors in 2004. Production on Oldsmobile models began to end as early as 2002.
In the home induction motors are used the most, because they are reliable and last a long time. They are the favoured type for refrigerators and washing machines. The exception is portable appliances like vacuum cleaners and hand tools, which use commutator motors, basically the same as DC motors. These are preferred for their better power to weight ratio, even though they are noisy and require more maintenance such as replacement brushes and regular commutator cleaning. Some types of electric clock use small synchronous motors that have permanent magnets built into the rotor. These motors produce only a couple of watts of mechanical power at the most.
The Oldsmobile automobile division of General Motors was made defunct on 29 April 2004. As such, its last release was the Alero in 1999.
Pontiac cars, which were a division under General Motors, built their last vehicles in 2009/2010. After this time the franchise agreements with dealers expired in October of 2010.
Make sure you ask how old the roof is. That is a major expense that people forget to ask about (it needs to be replaced roughly every 30 years). Also, how old the heater/AC, appliances, etc... (appliance in general will last you about 10 years).

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Duke Energy is primarily an energy company that provides electricity and natural gas services to customers in various regions of the United States. Duke Energy does not typically sell retail home appliances directly to consumers. Instead, its main focus is on generating, transmitting, and distributing energy. If you are looking for home appliances, you may want to check with local retailers, appliance stores, or online platforms where you can purchase appliances from various brands. Duke Energy may offer energy-efficient programs, rebates, or incentives for customers who choose to purchase and use energy-efficient appliances, but the sale of appliances itself is not a core business function for the company. Please note that information might have changed since my last update, so I recommend checking Duke Energy's official website or contacting their customer service for the most current and accurate information regarding any new services or offerings they may have.
