Neither! Both are extreme necessities and should not be driven without. These are safety measures to insure the best experience within the safety precautions.

But if you MUST, then I'd say the auto locks because as soon as you get in the car you can lock it. On the other hand if your car is hit or being hijacked then the warning lights (or alarm in general) will come to great use.

Hope that settles it, even though turning off either is pretty hazardous...
