The General Dynamics Factory was sold to the General Dynamics company in 1963 then in 2000 the factory shut down so it has been vacant for almost 13 years yet the township still says they will implode it (blow it up) to get rid of it and put town houses there and an art center and some stores like an ice cream shop and nail salon ect.
