Don't speed up or slow down. You could flash your brights when he or she is far enough ahead of you to get back in the lane safely. This is being courteous and safe.

DO NOT flash your high beams. These drivers are professionals, and are capable of determining when it is safe to reoccupy the lane if you don't signal them. Flashing your high beams has the same effect on a truck driver that it does on anyone driving any other class of vehicle.
