What would cause spark to spark plugs but no fuel injector pulse?

Fuel injectors are usually powered directly by a fuse and then grounded by the engine computer.
So no power means just that
No pulse means bad ground to or from computer, The engine computer usually has a separate ground for this.
The last time I had to fix this some doh head had wired his amp to the same ground.
