The spark plug gap for Fiesta 1.4 Zetec is 0.051 inch. This is a typical gap for many of the Ford vehicles.
you don't need to set them they are set on the plug from factory NGK plugs are PTR 5A10 for platinum
you pull off the ht lead and then use a long reach socket to undo the spark plug. its a 10mm or 14mm spark plug socket i think. all this is under the cover ontop of the enigne i think. when you do them up, only nip them to 10-12nm of torque or it can damage them.
The 2001 Ford Escape owners manual shows the spark plug gap for the 2.0 L - DOHC 4 cylinder Zetec engine as ( .048 - .052 inch )
