The weight of the truck/truck trailer when it is unladen (empty) .
44,000 is more like the limit on a tandem trailer.
The laden weight for that large commercial truck is 80,000 pounds.
The gross weight of a vehicle is the laden (loaded) weight. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is the maximum gross weight the vehicle is rated for. The opposite of this would be the tare weight, which is the empty weight of the vehicle.
22,000 - 25,000 lbs or so.
It depends on the density of the material that is loaded on the truck.
Normally a water truck weight includes three different weights: 1. Gross weight 2. Mass weight 3. Laden weight I recommend you can visit a water truck manufacturer site to get more details http://www.hlgcw.com

"Depending on the truck, the maximum weight that can be hauled by Lincoln Movers is around 7500 pounds. They do have different truck sizes, so pick one that fits your needs."
Need more specifics. The T800 was available both as a truck tractor and as a vocational truck. There'll be a substantial weight difference between a tandem truck tractor and a quad axle cement mixer, just as an example. All things dependent, you could be looking at anywhere from 15,000 to almost 50,000 lbs. tare weight.
In the US, a standard five axle unit is allowed a maximum gross weight of 80,000 lbs. for interstate commerce without requiring an overweight permit. The unladen weight of such a tractor-trailer combination would normally run between 30,000 and 35,000 lbs., dependent on the type of trailer, length of the truck, etc.
Typically 16 - 18,000 lbs, all things dependent. I've run heavy haul units which have weighed up to 25k.
