the same way youde change them on any other truck, the only difference is you take the outer wheel off first, then unbolt the hub that's hold that wheel on, then unbolt the next wheel, then its business as usual, i just got the same truck and was wondering but it really isn't that difficult once you take the wheels off

There is no difference, truck is just the American word for lorry that has been introduced into the UK, in past years the word truck was used in the UK at railways for the open topped transporters.
Straight truck is a single vehicle; i.e., there isn't a trailer in tow.
