Whats the seer and btu on this unit

This is a 5.0 ton 12 SEER straight cool condensing unit.
Do a GOOGLE search of the model #. I found it is a 9 SEER package unit, circa 2000. Goodman also made it under the Janitrol and Kenmore names.
It is a 2.5 ton 13 seer heat pump unit. The G stands for Goodman, the S stands for split, H stands for heat pump. 13 designates the seer. 30 designates the tonnage of the unit. AC is the models revision.
Not compared to today's standards. It is a 13 SEER unit which is the least efficient unit produced today

first find out when it was manufactured the seer rating should be on the label of the unit and if it is not on there it is more than likely a 10 seer unit..

But, that model is a Goodman straight cool (meaning not heat pump) 13 SEER 3.5 ton condenser (outside unit). Depending upon with which indoor unit this condenser was matched, the SEER for the system could be different.
