The current Guinness World Record for "Longest Wheelie in a wheelchair" is 10.016 miles and was achieved by Michael Miller in Hortonville, Wisconsin on August 8th, 2009.
A car can perform a wheelie after many different conditions are met. In general, the car needs more weight in the back than the front, there needs to be plenty of traction on the ground, and there needs to be enough power to do so.

Almost any muscle car CAN pop a wheelie. It just depends how thick your wallet is. You have to pump the torque like mad in it.
Mostly muscle cars were and still are used for drag racing which is a straight line race to determine the faster car or which car poped the longest wheelie. Some people just like how they look like me. but some people admire them for their performance. but i like them for both reasons.
