There are many things that can cause memory dump ERROR. Many of them are caused by the memory overflow or bad memory location. If the RAM contains unspecified memory address, and the CPU run into that RAM address. The ERROR happens and causing the memory dump and PC reboot. If the shadow memory is invoked at the time, the ERROR may be caused by the hard drive bad memory location. Perform Scandisk to mark all of the possible problems on the hardware. If you have recent RAM upgrade, you may need to down load the newer BIOS from manufacture for greater RAM. Another part can be done is the registries clean up with some on market software package.
