ILSAC oil refers to motor oil that meets the standards set by the International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee (ILSAC). These standards ensure that the oil provides adequate protection for engines, improves fuel efficiency, and meets performance requirements for various vehicle types. ILSAC oils are commonly categorized by their viscosity grades and are often used in conjunction with API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications. The most recent ILSAC standard is GF-6, which offers improved engine protection and performance for modern vehicles.
5W/30 Semi-Synthetic Multigrade
An oil that has a wide viscosity or thickness range. eg 10w40
I would use a 20/40 multigrade if it has covered under 70 thousand miles. If it has covered above 7o thousand miles I would use a 20/50 multigrade.
According to my Haynes manual, it's "Multigrade engine oil, viscosity SAE 5W/40, 10W/40 or 15W/40, to ACEA A3 or higher".

Any type of modern oil will do- just normal multigrade will suffice.
Good quality 5W30 engine oil displaying ILSAC certification mark ("Starburst" symbol) conforming the API classification SJ EC or SJ/CD EC. I like synthetics such as Mobil1.
"winter" The oil will act like 15 weight oil in cold weather and 40 weight oil in warm weather.
