It mainly depends on the year model and how they drove it. if it is an 90 model car or older a hundred thousand miles is about it, but my friend has a 95 Chevy 1/2 gas engine and it has 560000 miles he says his secret it mobil one oil. if you change your oil when you need to and change your fuel filter every 30000 miles it could last forever, but i wouldn't buy a car 9o or newer still with over 150000 miles and make it an everyday driver.
a good mileage rate for an used car is around 12,000 miles per year of age.
Well of course the higher the mileage on the vehicle the more chance that something is worn out. So high mileage on a vehicle is a bad thing.
If the car was taken care of and serviced regularly then this is not really high mileage. It is not low mileage either. Expect to spend money on some repairs on a car with this mileage. If the car has been neglected then this is high mileage.
My car has SUPER great mileage! It has the best mileage ever!
Bad gas mileage can sometimes be attributed to a vehicle in need of a tune-up. Have your car serviced and see if that improves the gas mileage.
its not that bad it just tells you that your motor has been worn down some
Any Honda is a good car. Good motors, good mileage.
Poor performance, poor fuel mileage,
It's smart. It has decent mileage.
Yes it certainly could cause bad gas mileage especially if it is plugged up or if your car's oxygen sensors readings are faulty.
It would be hard on the brakes and fuel mileage.
The Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 (Twin Turbo model) does NOT get good mileage in town, though it is acceptable on the highway. I get about 15 city 28 hwy, my car isn't stock though and probably would use less in the city without the turbo/fuel upgrades for a car with over 400 horsepower the mileage isn't bad, but for being a 3.0 v6 it isn't good depends on how you look at it
