I believe this is a Pontiac paint code
Carmine Red Metallic
the paint code on an 85 corvette is located on the underside of the compartment door behind the drivers seat it will be the code on the bottom of the label after it says bse/clr coat it will have a lower marked by L and an upper marked by U followed by the four digit paint code
On my 97 Lesabre Limited the paint code is on a sticker that is affixed to the top of the spare tire cover in the trunk. There are lots of parts numbers on the sticker but the paint code is the character string at the lower left. If the car is two-toned there will be an upper (U) code and a lower (L) code. Otherwise there will be just one paint code. Go to any of several websites to match your numerical code to a description of the color.
First of all paint wars are like u........ CRAZY!!!dang crazy!!one code is: u stink u loser or: stop reading this or: (my favorite) u need to take a shower and also stop eating garlic
The paint code is located on a sticker that is labelled Parts Identification. It can start with BC/CC followed with a U, or it can start with WA and a 4 digit numeric code. The sticker is located in the door frame on the driver's side.
It's located in the glove box, white label with all the codes listed on it and the paint code is listed on the very bottom of the label which consist of 4 digits after the letters "BC/CC U"! For example: My 02 Z71 has the code BC/CC U 8624 (Summit White) Paint codes are not available for body cladding! Hope this helps you.
It's on the bottom of the cardboard cover over the spare tire. The white sticker with all theRPO codes. The paint code begins with a "U". It's on the bottom of the decal.
Underside of the trunk lid. will show a U or WA and then the paint code. If your car is two toned it will also have a L (lower).
I believe like all C4's, look on the option code sticker on the inside of the center console door. It will be a 2 digit number followed by the letter "U" near the end of the list of option codes. For example, 10U is white. If you don't have the sticker, GM can give you the list of options based on the VIN.
GM have the codes. these keys and codes are very very expensive to replace GM seems to think if you can afford a key with a chip, u have lots of money
Well, not sure about code but..its called Orange/Black or Tangerine/Black. hope this helped u!
