Accidental Death and Dismemberment policies do not cover very much at all, hints why they are free of extremely cheap. Often times they cover the loss of certain body parts, ex. arm, eye, fingers and so on. The catch is, for example if you lost your finger, you would have to do it in a certain way that would qualify you for the specified amount per finger that they pay out. The chances of an accidents happening the way they stipulate them to happen are more than one in a million. There is no way to tell you exactly what your are and are not covered without reviewing your exact policy (which is the binding contract that the insurance company must legally be responsible for, CAUTION: VERBAL OR WRITTEN agreements are not what you are entitled to unless those written agreements are bound in the policy itself NOT in the folder or packet with your policy in it).
