Attach you mom's hair dryer to it.
Torque converter or vacuum leak
because semiconductor diodes are not perfect insulators when reverse biased. if you want a diode that is a perfect insulator when reverse biased, use a vacuum tube diode.
You cannot reverse the suction on a standard vacuum cleaner to inflate a plastic pillow. You would need a vacuum cleaner that has a blower function or use a separate air pump to inflate the pillow. Trying to reverse the suction on a vacuum cleaner can damage the appliance and is not a safe option.
Maybe a vacuum line?
Check all vacuum lines.
The vacuum diagrams are generally located on the undserside of the hood. Although in my case, its a hood from a cavalier with the reverse cowel induction, and the 2.8 and 3.1 are slightly different in the vacuum line department. Remove the distributor cap. Remove the hose to the vacuum advance. Remove the two screws holding the vacuum advance on. Install in reverse order.
it sounds like a vacuum line problem.you will need to get a diagram of your vacuum lines, usually under the somewhere,or in the manual.as you fix all the vacuum problems the car will probably run alot better.
forward bias is in the direction a junction or vacuum tube wants to conduct currentreverse bias is in the direction a junction or vacuum tube opposes conducting current
there are three ways . 1/but your vacuum on reverse . 2/ blow in to it. 3/wack on the couch a few times to loosen then blow. 4/put it back in cupboard and leave it to mum.
Vacuum leaks in the automatic clutch system are the most likely culprit.
