One of the best vehicles to buy under 10k is the Honda civic. I know, I know, everyone has one. The only drawback is that it is a little underpowered. I have owned my civic for nine years, and I always cringe when I'm merging off an exit. They are ultra-reliable. Make no mistake, folks. Get an SI model if you can. They are a-lot of fun.
