is a Maine family owned, second generation automobile dealership located in Falmouth, Maine.

We have been in business since October of 1945 when the "Morong Brothers" opened up a small body shop in South Portland Maine. In 1950 Horace K. Sowles, Jr. (Ken) joined the company and began the sales and service of imported cars. Over the years this has included such makes as Morris, MG, Riley, Jaguar, Mercedes, Austin, Hillman, Rover, Sunbeam, Triumph, Studebaker, Packard, Morgan, Toyota, Bricklin, Lancia, TVR, Volkswagen, Mazda, Porsche and Audi. In 1960 we moved into our brand new facility on Forest Avenue in Portland Maine. Quickly outgrowing it, we expanded into an adjacent building which was developed as a Volkswagen sales and body shop. In 1971 Falmouth Porsche Audi was formed on Rte. 1 in Falmouth Maine; the premises having been originally constructed by Volkswagen of America as a showplace dealership. The Mazda franchise was acquired in mid 1975 and all operations were consolidated into one large facility in Falmouth in 1977. It was at this time that we changed our name to Morong Falmouth.

In 2006 we moved our service and parts departments across the street to 196 Rte. 1 to a completely renovated facility.

Bill and Peter Sowles, Ken's sons, continue to carry on the tradition of great customer service in a professional and relaxed atmosphere started by their father.
