"cc" is Cubic Centimeters, and is a measure of volume. MPH is Miles per Hour and is a measure of speed.

cc stands for cubic centimeters. mph stands for miles per hour. These are measurements of two very different things.

If you are trying to figure out the speed of a vehicle with a 100cc engine, it depends on the weight, aerodynamics and internal friction of the vehicle.
