No gas or no ignition gives the same result: the car cranks but doesn't even try to start.
No it does not take a gallon of gass to start a car. To start a car it doesn't use any gas.
nothing
This is BAD. You must not try to run the car, if the bleach gets into the engine then it will cause serious damage. Yo will have to have the gas tank replaced.
It's a possibility that your car may not start correctly.
only one eightenth of a gallon of gas is burned to to start a four door sedan or coupe. A pick up truck or larger vehicles burn about one fourteenth of a gallon of gas to start a car.
If the car turns over, gets gas and just will not start try the ignition module. CAR TURNS OVER
check if there is gas. it can be the battery, if there is gas try jumping it (with a jump cable attach the clips on the you car's battery to another car, keep the other car running, then try to start you car) if that still doesn't work than you could try calling the mechanic, it might be something a little more serious.
They fall out of the car right as it pulls away and get left at the gas station........
You probably destroyed the fuel pump, which happens a lot when you run a fuel-injected car out of gas.
This is a common malfunction that happens when the vehicle gas tank runs out of fuel.
Well first of all, the car will not start without gas. Second you face the risk of having the fuel pump clogged and would need to replace it.

If you already put gas on the car and still don't start you need to put a little gas on the gas filter. That make the car start right away. Is because it take a while fot the gas to go up went the car was totaly dry. Try it work...
We need a little more info here. Did the car run out of gas before you refilled it and ran into the "won't start" problem? OR, does this happen every time you put fuel in the car? I'd guess that sometimes, the car might start? Can you help us out with details, please?! FriPilot It happens every time i put gas in it.
it would depend if the car is carburated, or fuel injected... if it is carburated it can flood the motor (if this happens just give it about 20 mins and try and start it again), if it is fuel injected nothing will happen.
The engine may not start and/or have poor performance. Drain gas tank and fill with proper fuel.
turn the key to on but not to start you should do this several times and then try to start the vehicle. this will purge the air out of the fuel lines.
