absolutely nothing. It is TV, which can be edited to suit the needs of Criss or the producers. I'm willing to bet it was a dummy in the car, and they pay the spectators and celebs to say "omg hes dead" and "omg he really did it", etc. etc. After all, there was a LOT of scene cutting.
I'm sorry but I am a skeptic, a hard skeptic at that. I dont know how he does the things he does when he *really* does them live, but his big stunts are 98% for sure edited. I almost cried when I read he wasnt dead :(
