Out of alignment.......warped brake rotor......broken belt in a tire.....
Probably wheel balance but I would have the front end safety checked also.
I could be wrong, but I owned a full size school bus, and I believe it held 50 gallons.
Most likely the wheels and tires are not properly balanced... could also be something loose in front suspension.
