This is the displacement volume of the cylinders caused by the combustion of the fuel. See the related link that I will post (howstuffworks.com).
An example would be a 454 V-8 Chevy engine. This is 454 cubic inches, with each of the 8 cylinders having a volume displacement of 56.75 cubic inches.
American cars might still measure in cubic inches, but most other cars would designate the volume displacement in cc (cubic centimeters) or liters.
In the example of my 454 cubic inch engine above, this converts to 7.44 L (liters) or 7440 cc (cubic centimeters)
Usually smaller engines will designate cc, while larger engines will designate liters
This is called Compact Cars - Small Cars......
CC (cubic centimeter) is a measurement of displacement used to identify the size of the combustion chambers in an engine. HP (horse power) is a measurement of power the engine can produce. CC and HP are not the same.
1400 cc refers to the engine displacement, more commonly would be 1.4L engine.
DAC+CC is normally found on Peugeots and all it means is Digital Air Control and Climate Control as on most cars it is an optional extra.
CC cars specializes in antique/classic cars. Most of the selection includes German automobiles such as Volkswagen and BMW from several different decades.
CC mean chaircar
A cc is one cubic centimeter. An engine measurement in cc is the total of the volumes displaced by the cylinders of the engine through one revolution.
In cars motorbikes and ... well anything with a motor , cc means cubic centre metres so if you have a 50 cc motorbike than it takes up fifty cubic centre metres.
Comfort Coupé
it means cc dahh
If you mean cc as in from a motorbike it stands for centimetres cubed. It is a unit of Volume. 1 cc = 1 ml
In view of the way Fiat name their cars, 500 cc would be a good bet.
