if you blew a head gasket you'ed be making steam until there is no coolant left....followed by overheating and eventually a seized motor. the thing is that your heat gauge won't show your motor is overheating because that needs water or coolant to sense temperature. thus if your usual warming condensation does not stop within a few minutes you should check the fluid level in your radiator after your engine has cooled enough to do so safely. if the water level is low and there are no other leaks you are burning it; your head gasket is gone.

cheers
