SE is usually the high end loaded trim line of the car. The SES is the same package as the SE, with just a sportier appearance both interior and exterior.

The four-door is available in S, SE, SES and SEL trim levels, while the coupe comes as the SE and SES.
SES = SE Sport. This is the Sport model of the Standard Edition Taurus.
If the engines are the same, and the exaust parts look the same, then it should work.
SE- special edition - eg: mid trim level on a gmc or pontiac GT- grand tourismo/grand touring - a sports improvement often involving suspension, wheels, brakes, body trim, and possibly engine SES- special edidion sport RS- rally sport SVT- special vehicles team- ultra high performance model in the ford line up

That's not a word... It is used in reflexive verbs - il se lave - he washes himself/elle se lave - she washes herself. S'en aller - to go away, se faire élire - to get oneself elected, s'en sortir - to get onself out (of a difficult situation) etc etc.
