Electronic power control. Could be something wrong with ( ignition, computer or even the throttle if it's electronically controlled. If it starts it's probably not the ignition. If it starts , but runs really bad or shuts itself off then it's probably the computer. If it starts and idles fine , but want rev up or go when you step on the gas then it moght be an electronic throttle issue. There may also be a central module that allocates power to certain ereas that has freaked out and doesn't know what to do.
