70 relates to the BHP or Brake Horse Power and HDI stands for High-pressure Direct Injection (relating to the fuel delivery). They don't relate to one another directly but are sometimes written in that manner in the title description of a vehicle. Generally this would relate to a vehicle in the range a 1.4L or 1400cc.
