14kt ge means that the item is 14 karat gold electroplate. When you see Espo on the item, it is the manufacturers mark.
If something if 14k, it is 14 karat gold. The GE portion would mean that part of the jewelry is not solid gold.

Ok What I think that it means is 14KT = 14karat GF=gold filled and ESPO is the maker. Sometimes when marking the piece the letters don't always line up exactly the way that they should. This is my best guess.
