Well since there are 4 groups of 8 digits, it's normal binary. Each group stands for a number, letter, or symbol in ASCII code. Each of the four symbols are the same, but I cannot find what it is supposed to be. Maybe it's a randomly typed code copy/pasted four times.
1 In binary numbering means on 0 In binary numbering means off
Binary Space Partitioning
The binary number 10 represents 2. The decimal number 10 in binary would be 1010.
10 is a 2 bit binary number, when converted to decimal numbers it is 2.
Binary coded decimal. Each decimal digit is represented by its binary equivalent.
Extended Binary Coded Decimal Interchange Code
It's a contraction of the two words binary digit
You need to separate the binary number into groups of 4 binary digit (starting from the right); then you look up each group in a conversion table. In this case, the separation is:0010 0000 So in hexadecimal, that would be: 20
Higher Still Development Unit
hexadecimal, eg. 1ABH = 1AB(16) = 427(10)
Bin is short for bianary. A binary file (commonly, but not necessarily, with the extension .bin) is a computer file which may contain any type of data, encoded in binary form for computer storage and processing purposes
In binary, the digit "1" represents the "on" state. It signifies an active or true condition in digital systems, such as in computers or electronic circuits. Conversely, "0" represents the "off" state, indicating inactivity or false. Together, these two states form the foundation of binary code, which is essential for digital computing.
