exaust leaks , faster if its before the 02 sensor
P0130 = 02 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1)
It's an issue with an 02 sensor and the heating circuit to it. Not necessarily a bad 02 sensor, but the car is not going in to closed loop when it should. In open loop the ECU ignores the signals from the 02 sensors, during cold start until the sensor(s) are heated enough to go in to closed loop and the ECU uses the signal from them
if your ac is running and if you have a bad 02 sencor most likely it will not kill your car it depends on your sensor
engine will stall out and run very bad.
Bank 1 (one) is the side in front of car (Bank 2 is rear, firewall side) 02 sensor 1 is upstream, on exhaust manifold (02 sensor 2 is downstream, by cat. conv.)
where is the secondary 02 sensor on a 2004 crv
Your 1992 Chevy Lumina will run with a bad 02 sensor. The engine will seem to be sluggish and the fuel mileage will go down.
if there is an 02 sensor in your car, then someone put it in there. you can't have one as a stock part. considering it's a top-heavy vehicle.
Car Idling LowI had this same problem.I am guessing what you mean is that the car is shaking.If you look at your RPM's on your car you will see that it is a low lower than it normally is.For my car it idled at around 400 RPM's ( which is very low)Depending on your car it can idle at a variety of different RPM'sThis problem started happening to me when I changed my 02 Sensor.Solution:Go to an auto shop and have them scan your car with one of their sensors that gives you an error code on what's wrong.Google that code or see if they can look it up while they are there.If it is the 02 sensor then you need to replace it.Mine cost me about 60 bucks.After I replaced my 02 sensor it fixed my cars idling problem.The first time I replaced my 02 sensor is what gave my car the problem.After I replaced for the second time it went away.
