turn your heat up high it cools the engine down, don't no how, but it works
(this works because your heater core is connected to your cooling system and will supplement an insufficient radiator)
It may also be necessary to change some part of the cooling system ie. radiator, water pump, or hopefully the thermostat.
They're probably either too hot, or incorrectly timed.
Cars run better when the engine is warm. Thermostats stays closed to prevent the water from going through the radiator to be cooled until the engine has warmed to the desired temperature. Then, it opens to allow the water to be cooled to prevent the engine from getting too hot.
This would be located near the engine. It allows for you to know when the engine is getting too hot or you need to take care of it.

Friction produces heat. Oil lubricates the engine and reduces friction thus reducing heat.
This is located near the engine. It lets you know when the engine is getting too hot and the coolant is running low.
Your engine is too hot.
Is there carpet in it? If not, that little tranny and engine puts off a lot of heat, that could be the main reason. Might need to check the fluid in your tranny or engine too, could be getting low, and if it's 108 degrees outside that could be it too. See if the fluids are ok, and if so... you'll love it this winter. :-)
A) It is too heavy B) Carcinogens Most cars have lead in the engine
you do not check the oil in the engine and the engine gets too hot
burns too hot and too fast dont use it
